Finished a couple of policies and membership only to find out that they now have cancellation fees. Never mentioned once during application processes and when I tried to find details. Was not able to locate any mentioned of a cancellation fee. No doubt to cover themselves it will be in the documentation, but not easily located.
I am not surprised as most people over 50 wont be either. This is just typical of an Adelaide Steamship run business now.
